Terms and Conditions
Please note that our full-size cribs cannot be transported in personal vehicles. If you wish to change locations, kindly contact us at 855-648-4648 to arrange a transfer. Please be aware that additional fees may be applicable for transfers to a second location.
Delivery Policy
For all equipment deliveries and pick-ups, we generally require a 2-3 hour time window, depending on your delivery location. Once you confirm your selected time window for delivery and pick-up, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the location during that specified time window or that we have access to the equipment. In the event that no one is available at the designated time or we cannot access the equipment, we will attempt to reschedule, but an additional delivery fee will be charged. If you are renting a property, please inform the property management that you have engaged a baby equipment rental company for delivery and pick-up. Failure to notify the property management, resulting in delayed pick-up, delivery, or loss of product, may incur an additional fee. In the case of gated communities where we are unable to gain access due to lack of notification by the guard gate or failure to provide a gate code, resulting in a delay, an additional charge may be applied. If requested at the time of booking (preferably at least 48 hours prior to delivery), we will make every effort to coordinate drop-off and pick-up with the local contact person listed on your reservation.
If you opt for porch pick-up and delivery, please pay special attention to the information provided above. Please note that the renter is responsible for any lost or stolen items from the porch, even after check-out is complete. Therefore, we advise you to ensure that all equipment is placed in a hidden area, side gate, or backyard.
If you are staying in a hotel, our delivery and pick-up will be made from the hotel bell closet or desk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is tagged and returned to the bell closet at the start of the selected pick-up time slot. Please do not check out and leave the equipment in your room. If the equipment is not placed in the bell closet for return and our staff spends an excessive amount of time locating it, an additional charge will apply. Please be aware that the renter is accountable for any lost items in a hotel, even after check-out, so it is essential to tag all equipment with your name and Paradise Essential Rentals during check-out. We also recommend obtaining the name of the bell person or hotel staff member to whom you return the equipment.
Schedule Changes
Requests to modify delivery and/or pick-up times within a 24-hour period are subject to scheduling availability and may incur a schedule change fee.
Please note that certain items may have a minimum 3-day rental rate. Although you may book an item for only 1 or 2 nights, a 3-night charge may be applicable. Orders booked for only 1 or 2 nights require a minimum of 3 items.
Damages/ Lost or Stolen Products
Except for high chairs and booster chairs, Paradise Essential Rentals has a strict policy against food or drink consumption on all rental equipment (water is permitted). Additionally, sand is not allowed on strollers (while strolling on the boardwalk at the beach is permitted, strolling in the sand or placing sandy items or children in the strollers is not allowed). It is the renter's responsibility to return all products in the same condition as received. If items are returned in a different condition, any applicable cleaning fees assessed by Paradise Essential Rentals will be charged to the credit card on file. Our aim is to provide clean and well-maintained rental products for all our customers. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping our equipment clean and safe for our next little guests.
The renter is liable for any loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to replace any stolen items. Products must be returned with all parts and accessories intact and in working order. The renter is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing items that show excessive damage beyond normal wear. Any additional fees resulting from loss, theft, repair, or replacement will be billed to the credit card on file. Please note that if an item is lost at a hotel, car rental agency, rental property, or any other delivery and pick-up destination, Paradise Essential Rentals will allow the renter 72 hours to work with the location to try and retrieve the lost product. Paradise Essential Rentals is not responsible for attempting to retrieve lost equipment from the renter's destination. If the lost product is not retrieved within this 72-hour time period, the cost of the item will be charged to the credit card on file. Any additional trips made to retrieve rental equipment will incur an extra pickup fee.
Cancellations & Early Termination
All orders canceled before 72 hours of the delivery date will incur a $20 processing fee. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date will be subject to either a charge of 50% of the original order amount or the minimum order amount, whichever is higher. Please note that orders terminated after delivery will not be eligible for refunds.
Safety/Sanitation
Ensuring safety is our top priority when renting baby equipment. All our products are up-to-date and comply with current federal safety standards. We regularly check and replace our products as necessary to prioritize the changing baby industry and the safety of the families we serve. For more information on product safety, please visit the Consumer Product Safety Commission's website at www.cpsc.gov. Furthermore, all equipment undergoes proper cleaning and sanitization before delivery. We uphold the highest standards in our sanitation procedures. Car Seat Installation
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide car seat installation services. Instructions for car seat installation are typically available on the car seats themselves. Upon request, we can provide you with a link for installation based on the specific car seat rented.
