When ORDERING:
*You will be billed nightly starting on the eveningof your selected delivery day. Your items will be dropped off to your delivery address on the date that you selected as your start day. Your items will be picked up on the date that you selected as your pick-up date. If you need your items earlier than the available delivery times you should request delivery for the day before. If you need to keep your items for later that the offered pickup windows you should select pickup for the following day. Self-pick up and Airport orders are more time specific and work differently. Pickup and delivery options for these are listed on the order page. We do our best to accommodate car seat deliveries to the airport. Please contact us via email at contact@paradiseessentialrentals.com. We are able to be more flexible with advanced notice.
DELIVERIES:
Private ResidenceDeliveries - We do offer delivery and pick up of items to and from a residence. When placing your order select the “Private residence” option and fill in the resident address. Select the delivery time options from the available time slots. We can also contact your host directly to arrange the delivery and pick up times. Please notify your host that we will be contacting them and provide their contact information on your order form. If the community you are staying in is gated, please provide the gate code in the “Special Instructions” section of the order form or notify the security guard that we will be making a delivery/pickup.
Rental Property Deliveries -

Hotel Deliveries– Please let the hotel know that we will be delivering your items. Items will be dropped off and picked to/from the hotel front desk or concierge. Some hotels do have restrictions regarding drop-off/ pick-up of items. Please contact your hotel to verify if they have different procedures for drop off/pickup of rental equipment. In most cases when you check out you will return the items back to the front desk. Please make sure to tag the items with your name. Make sure that items are returnedto the front desk at the beginning of the pickup time slot that was selected on your reservation form.
Note:An additional charge will be applied to your bill for items left in your hotel room as arrangements will have to be made to retrieve these items. If we are unable to locate these items additional fees will apply.
** We can deliver to St. John, however, the delivery fee for St. John is significantly higher due to cost of the barge between St. Thomas and St. John. Reservations for St. John should be made at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that we can accommodate the delivery.
Airport Deliveries –We do offer Airport service. Exceptfor full-size cribs!We can deliver your items to you at your rental car pickup, at the curb outside of the baggage claim area, or we can meet you in the cell phone lots at the airport. Please provide the following information on your reservation form: flight carrier and estimated time of arrival and departure and car rental company information. Please let us know in the “Special Instructions” section of your reservation form if you would like curb side or cell phone lot deliveries. NOTE:full size cribs cannot be delivered to the airport.
Self-Pickup - You can pick up and drop off your own equipment (with the exception of full-size cribs). We will work with you to find a time that fits with your travel schedule and our availability. Select a time slot on your reservation form and we will contact you via email, phoneor text to arrange a final time.
Separate Baby Gear Delivery/Pickup Locations – We can pick up your rental equipment from a location that is different from the drop off location. Please provide the pickup address in the appropriate section of your reservation form. NOTE:This does NOT apply to full size crib rentals. If you need the crib to be moved to a different address, please contact us to facilitate the move. Additional fees will apply.
ORDER CHANGES
You can make change to you order through our order editing system. Note: order changes are subject to availability at the time of the change and we will be confirmed via email. If these changes are last minute, please contact us via phone at 855-648-4648.

BILLING INFORMATION
Once you place your order your credit card will be verified. You will not be charged until we confirm your order. We will apply any order cancellation fees or adjustment fees associated with order changesto the credit card on file. We do not accept cash or checks.
