YES OUR PRODUCTS CLEAN AND SAFE?
As parents ourselves, we understand that safety is very important when renting baby equipment. We selected the products that we carry with that in mind. All of our productsare up-to-date and meet all the current federal safety standards. We check our products after each use and replace as needed with a focus on the changing baby industry. Our equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use and checked again before delivery.
WHEN ARE DELIVERIES DONE?
We provide a delivery timeframe of 10 am to 6 pm for airport deliveries. If your flight arrives outside of this period, please get in touch with us, and we will make efforts to accommodate your preferred time. Reservations made in advance allow for more flexibility. Regarding deliveries to hotels and vacation rentals/homes, we offer two delivery time options: 9:30 am to 11:30 am and 12 pm to 2 pm. These choices will be available as you proceed with your reservation form, so you can select the one that suits your needs best. Additionally, depending on your service type, you will have the option to choose delivery to a porch or arrange a specific time with your local contact. LAST-MINUTE ORDER?
Place your order online and we will see it. We will expedite a confirmation email to you quickly. Generally, we can get one out to you within 3 to 4 hours. If there is an issue because it's last miniute we will either contact you. We do our best to get you what you need. If your items are needed in under 4 hours between 8am and 6pm we recommend that you call 855-648-4648.
WHEN DOES MY RENTAL TERM BEGIN AND END?
Items are rented on a "per-night" basis and starts on the delivery date. The start date you select will be the day we drop the items off and the pickup date selected will be the day that we pick them up. If you need your items earlier than our delivery window for the day you should book the delivery for the day before. If you need your items later than our pick-up widow you should schedule pick up for the following day. Self-pickup and Airport orders are more time specific and work differently.
CAN I PICK UP MY OWN EQUIPMENT?
We do offer self-pick up and drop off for rented equipment (with the exception of full-size cribs). We will work with you on timing your pick-up and drop-off as it coincides with your travel schedule and our availability. When submitting your form, you can select certain time options and you will be contacted via email to arrange a final time along with contact information. In the event that your flight is delayed please contact as soon as possible to reschedule the pick-up time.
DO YOU DELIVER TO AIRPORTS?
We do offer airport delivery with the exception of full-size cribs. Items can be delivered to you at the same time that you are picking up your rental vehicle. Please provide your flight and car rental information on your reservation form.Please include an estimated time of arrival to the car rental agency and a phone number for text communications. Your flight info will be checked for delays but, when possible, please call or text us with updates on late arrivals. Note, full size cribs CANNOT be delivered to airports. DO YOU DELIVER TO MARINAS/BOATS?
Yes! As long as you provide a contact person, we can usually schedule a delivery to the marina or boat. Please let us know in the comment section that this is a delivery to a boat.
CAN YOU PICK IT UP FROM A LOCATION DIFFERENT THAN THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY LOCATION?
We can pick items up from a location that is different than where they were dropped off. This service is NOT available when renting full-size cribs. If you need a crib transferred to a different location, please alert us of that on your order form under the comments section. An additional fee will apply for any crib transfers. Please note that if no one is available at the location during your designated delivery or pick-up time there will be an attempt to reschedule with an additional fee that may apply.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Yes. If you need to make changes to your order you can do so by logging into your account or you can simply contact us via email or phone to make the changes. You will receive an order change confirmation via email. All changes made within 48 hours of the delivery time should also be called in and are subject to availability.
HOW FAR AHEAD SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
To ensure the availability of the items you need, it's highly advisable to place your order as early as possible. Once you have your travel dates confirmed, we encourage you to go online and reserve your equipment promptly. For peak periods like holidays or summer months, we strongly recommend booking several weeks in advance, considering these are our busiest times. However, during non-holiday or summer months, providing one to two weeks' notice is typically enough. Rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders whenever possible.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Our minimum order amount is $45. You may still place an order that falls below the minimum amount but will be charged the minimum amount.
DO YOU ASSEMBLE THE CRIBS?
Our cribs roll in and unfold with a few latches.There is no hardware or assembly required.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY RATES?
Delivery rates is $25 for drop off and $25 for pick up.
DO YOU PROVIDE LONG-TERM RENTALS?

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK AND WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
To finalize your reservation, we require your card details, which will be charged upon submission of the reservation form. In case you wish to make any modifications to your order, any credits or additional charges will be applied to the card on record. We gladly accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
CAN YOU INSTALL CAR SEATS?
Unfortunately, we do not install car seats. Information for installing each car seats is posted on the side of the car seat. If requested we can also send you a link with visual installation instructions.
WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES/ LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS?
Regrettably, we do not provide insurance coverage for any rental equipment against damages, theft, or loss. While high chairs are an exception, we strongly advise against giving food or leaky bottles to children when using our equipment. It is essential to return the items in the same condition as received; otherwise, a fee will be charged to the credit card on file, the amount to be determined upon return. The renter assumes responsibility for any loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to cover the cost of any necessary replacements. All accessories and parts must be returned intact and in proper working order. Any excessive damage to the rental equipment, beyond normal wear, will be repaired or replaced at the renter's expense, depending on the condition. Any additional fees arising from loss, theft, repair, or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All orders canceled before 72 hours of the delivery date will incur a $20 processing fee. Orders canceled within 72 hours of the delivery date will be subject to either a charge of 50% of the original order amount or the minimum order amount, whichever is higher. Please note that orders terminated after delivery will not be eligible for refunds.
